Job description
Our clients are the UK market leader in the laundering and rental of workplace clothing, they are a professional and forward-thinking company, committed to an open and positive culture that puts people first, and are currently looking for Lead Generators.
Each Lead Generator is tasked to generate appointments for field sales executives. In addition, the Lead Generator will cleanse database, making 100 outbound calls per day and 1 hour 30 minutes total talk time. You will liaise with prospects, field sales executives, and managers and will also organise field sales executives’ diaries. You will be assigned two or three field sales executives.
Candidates must be self-motivated with a keen eye for detail. In addition, keyboard skills and excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite. Telesales or Customer Service Experience is preferred.
Key Tasks
To generate leads for the field-based sales teams via qualified appointments
To work to other agreed daily key performance indicators
To ensure that the contact management system is fully utilised and maintained in good order.
To ensure that all client correspondence is accurate, relevant and sent in a timely manner.
To communicate with the Manager and Sales Executives regarding prospects and future business needs.
Other Ad hoc duties as required.
The salary - £21,460 plus £5,100 bonus uncapped
OTE £26,560
Annual leave - 22 days per year holiday rising to 25 after qualifying time period (plus Bank Holidays)
Contracted hours - Mon to Thur 8.15 - 16.15, Friday 8.30 - 15.30
