An opportunity has arisen in an insurance brokerage situated in Bolton due to continuous and consistent expansion.
This role is fantastic for someone with telephony experience, enjoys speaking to people daily and working towards soft KPI's to keep things on track.
What makes the opportunity great is:
- There is no cold calling in this role - all initial leads will be warm and the clients will be expecting a call
- Solid basic salary up to £25,000
- Pretty much guaranteed commission earning around £35,000 per annum but earning potential in uncapped
- Free parking / very accessible on public transport

The role:
- Making outbound warm calls to clients who have expressed an interest online / trade shows.
- Building a rapport and having a friendly conversation to understand their needs / requirements.
- Passing to a Sales Consultant to discuss further and manage thereafter.
