Lead Gis Analyst - London - Contract

My London based client are looking for a lead GIS Analyst to join them for an initial 6 month contract.

The successful Lead GIS Analyst will work with the organisation on a number of exciting projects and play an integral part in providing key analysis identifying future opportunities to develop their existing assets as well as providing key inputs into BAU activity.

It will also work closely with stakeholders to establish spatial solutions so ability to work and build excellent stakeholder relationships is key.

Experience with Property Management, Title rights ownership and Marine / Offshore industries will be highly beneficial.

This is an immediate start urgent requirement.

The role will require 50% of the week to be onsite at the clients London offices.

Skills and Experience

• Experience of geospatial data processing and analysis, particularly in property management, title and rights ownership, and offshore industries
• Demonstrable experience of Esri geoprocessing tools and expereince in the manipulation of datasets
• Experience of Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, including Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Online
• Advanced experience of FME and Python
• Ability to manage and prioritise GIS work within a team
• Experience of delivering GIS data, analysis and outputs to appropriate timescales and quality
• Experience of building strong stakeholder relationships
• Experience of promoting self-service GIS solutions when possible
• Experience of working with GIS Management and Geospatial Product Owners to ensure consistency of GIS services and outputs
• Excellent communication skills
