Description
- Oversee supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Procuring a range of ingredients, foods, beverages and services.
- Analyse market trends and apply insights to procurement strategy
- Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing within the procurement process
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement strategy with business objectives
- Develop and manage the procurement budget
- Lead and mentor team members, promoting professional development
Profile
A successful Lead Procurement Consultant should have:
- Strong academic background in Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience working in the QSR, Leisure or Catering industries.
- Solid experience within food or beverage procurement.
- A passion for the food industry!
- Demonstrable skills in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation
- Proficient in procurement software and tools
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Job Offer
- An estimated annual salary of £63,000 - £70,000
