- Report directly into the Managing Director chance to join the senior leadership team.
- Salary TBC; likely to be £60,000 - £65,000 + car allowance + BUPA. Rule out if seeking over £78,000.
- Must be experienced doing load calculations / structural calcs and designing large industrial / civil projects.

We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Within 25 miles of Hull / Barton on Humber / Scunthorpe region (or able to relocate to this area)
- Ideally a degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in structural design with an emphasis on steel structures
- Strong experience with load calculations / structural calculations.
- Experience with structural design and CAD software, such as Autodesk Inventor, or Autodesk Advanced Steel.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience mentoring and managing junior engineers and design engineers.
