Purpose of the Job:
You’ll know a PET-Xi Lead Trainer when you meet them. The big smile, warm greeting and explosive optimism are impossible to miss.
They’re the best of the best, engagement specialists which we can train in proven methods to maintain momentum, pace, and intensity in the classroom. They possess excellent people management and organisation skills.
The Lead Trainer is responsible for all aspects of the classroom, making sure each day flows well and learners get the maximum benefit from the time spent in the PET-Xi programme.
The Role:
- Delivering practical training sessions to learners, ensuring engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Implementing a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and assessment methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborating with and supporting other tutors, trainers, and stakeholders to promote a positive learning environment.
- We motivate and inspire learners, providing positive learning experiences, creating a culture of engagement but most importantly … WE MAKE THE LESSONS FUN!!
About You:
- There is no experience or qualifications necessary for this role, the only requirements are that you are a people person and bring life and soul into the role!
- Ability to travel across the Midlands to attend a range of courses
- Eagerness to progress in your role
- Some examples of great Lead Trainers we have in the business have come from a range of backgrounds including sports, theatre, youth work or music
