We are looking for a Lead Training Content Designer to join our Learning & Development team on a full time permanent basis.
Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your time accordingly. This means, there may be times were you're needed in Swindon or in one of our many branch locations.
In this role you will be expected:
- To develop MAN Systems training to new employees, and existing employees who require remedial training or additional skills and knowledge.
- Organise training events in conjunction with Training & Development department.
- To design and continuously develop training materials (physical and on-line) and user manuals for all programmes and responsibilities.
- Identify external suppliers for alternative training, work closely with outsourced training providers to design and deliver industry leading programmes
- To develop and maintain an operational awareness/ability of the LMS system and the L&D inbox
- To initiate and then identify training needs across the network in collaboration with Learning and Development Manager and Operational Managers and end users.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following experience:
- Understanding of learning cycle and experienced in training development processes
- Highly competent in the use and implementation of Articulate design systems
- Highly competent in MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly experienced (time served) in Learning & Development business implementation
- Experienced in Training Needs Analysis / Gap Analysis
- Experienced in Training design, content development.
