Reed Bury St Edmunds are working on behalf of a client who are the leaders in driving change and innovation towards a net-zero UK. We are seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to support our mission of making lasting connections and improving lives.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing and delivering impactful non-technical training programs.
Day to day of the role:
- Collaborate with the business to develop and deliver non-technical development training.
- Utilise a blended delivery approach, including webinars, in-person and virtual workshops, Q&A sessions, and individual coaching.
- Prepare and maintain course materials, review, and update existing training content.
- Offer support and advice to colleagues and managers on learning queries and requests.
- Handle the associated administration of courses and career development schemes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CIPD or L&D qualification.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality training to diverse audiences.
- Understanding of the training and learning cycle and different learning styles.
- Credibility and engagement in training delivery.
- Excellent presentation, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and provide feedback to various stakeholders.
