The successful Learning and Development Coach will deliver exceptional training to drive performance and improve skills across the business.

Description

• Develop and deliver innovative training programmes to enhance skills and knowledge within the Accounting & Finance department
• Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews and consultation with line managers
• Design and implement e-learning courses, workshops and other training
• Monitor and evaluate training programme's effectiveness and success
• Provide feedback to employees and managers about progress and improvements
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, best practices and advancements in the recruitment consultancy industry
• Manage the trainee progression and sign off process
• Maintain training records and manage the Learning Management System (LMS)

Profile

A successful Learning and Development Coach should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience in designing and delivering training programmes, preferably within the recruitment consultancy sector
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Knowledge in modern training techniques and tools in the Accounting & Finance sector

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum
