Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join the People team on a Full-time Permanent basis. This role will support the Scottish Region particularly Highlands and Moray so you can be based anywhere across the region or surrounding areas.

This important role delivers high quality and engaging training to give our front-line colleagues the skills and knowledge they need to be brilliant in their roles, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people we support and enabling them to lead the best life possible.

You’ll work with the regional People team to support the delivery of great learning – either face to face or virtually across the region.

Day to Day (list not exhaustive see job description):

Delivering brilliant training sessions on a range of subjects – from first aid, and safeguarding, to how to administer
medication, or positive behavioural support techniques.
Working with our bespoke digital learning platform “Dare to Learn”
Running reports and using information to spot trends
Forecasting needs and scheduling courses
Working with local leaders to ensure their team’s learning needs are met
