We have partnered with a leading learning and development provider who are currently hiring for a Learning consultant to join their L&D team, working for a 6-month FTC, supporting with the development of Global Learning Academies.
As Learning Consultant, you’ll work in partnership with a range of stakeholders, including SMEs, HR, external partners, to support the development of learning and performance tactical plans and the delivery of quality learning.
To be considered for the Learning Consultant role you must have:
- Experience in a generalist learning profession or similar learning role
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting the development of learning and performance tactical plans and the delivery of learning.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Learning Consultant role include:
- Consulting with senior stakeholders to conduct LNA
- Capture asks and possible solutions/ deliverables based on the outcomes of LNA
- Review existing Agile (or other related, eg- leadership) learning resources and recommend fixes
- Plan and help execute recommendations within the agreed time frame
- Track and report to stakeholders, as required
- Vendor engagement, where required to help build/ curate learning solutions
- Plan and deploy ILT/VILT, where required
- Help identify internal coaches & existing skill levels for VS mobilisation
- Design solution to bridge the gap between desired & existing coach skill
- Help stand up & run coaching CoE to support VS mobilisation
Key Information about the Learning Consultant Role Includes:
- Day Rate of up to £325
- Remote based (once a month required to attend onsite)
