As a Learning & Development Administrator, you will deliver a comprehensive end-to-end Learning and Development (L&D) service to our business, which comprises around 400 employees, ensuring consistent exceptional service to all staff. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our HR/L&D mailbox, adeptly providing support as needed. Proficiency in Excel is crucial for tasks such as data gathering, analysis, and presentation. You will be responsible for offering support in crafting personal development plans and coordinating a library of training courses. You will participate in various projects, cases, and activities as necessary. You will promote L&D activities through diverse media channels, maximising platforms like SharePoint and Cascade. You will also administer and maintain Cascade, adhering to established processes for accuracy, and oversee the end-to-end process of internal training courses and other L&D transactions. You will track all training activity, including monthly dashboard updates from Cascade, and monitor training expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints. Additionally, you will capture and analyse data to demonstrate the Return On Investment (ROI) of training initiatives. I provide support in induction and the new starter process as required. You are responsible for the documentation of L&D processes and procedures, including the maintenance of a Job Description library. You will also handle note-taking during Employee Relations (ER) cases, oversee the full recruitment cycle, manage the onboarding process, and handle HR administration tasks.
Learning & Development Administrator Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a L&D, Recruitment function and administering e- learning platforms
- Confident in compiling reports from systems and ability to manage and process data
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
- Good people skills with a genuine interest in developing a career in L&D/ HR
- Familiar with working in a role with significant amount of administrative task at times.
- Exceptional organisational skills with sound ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines

- Has a methodological approach to their work load
- Numerate with excellent attention to detail - taking pride in ensuring this applies to all day- to-day activities
