Learning & Development Business Partner/ Learning & Development Manager - Birmingham - £50,000-£60,000 + car allowance + bonus/benefits.

I'm delighted to work exclusively with a global, matrix structured engineering organisation in the West Midlands to recruit a Learning & Development Business Partner. This newly created role, part of a wider talent transformation programme, will focus on enabling technology and content optimisation as they move towards a skills based organisation.

Reporting into the Head of talent, learning and development and managing a learning technology specialist, as Learning & Development Manager you will be responsible for the following;

• Building and maintain an integrated, global digital learning offering - leading on the implementation of a new LMS
• Working with the team to create a skills matrix and taxonomies in order to build out skills-based career pathways and learning content
• Engage with stakeholders, collaborating on content development, projects and initiatives related to learning
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning and incorporate them into the company's learning ecosystem

In order to be successful in your application

• You are an experienced L&D Manager, ideally with experience in the creation and development of skills-based Learning & Development initiatives and content
• You have experience driving projects to introduce and integrate learning technologies, preferable with global LMS implementation experience
• Working across all global entities within group, it would be highly beneficial if you've worked in a complex matrix structured business
• You are curious, enjoy solving problems and working to find learning solutions that will address stakeholders needs and drive business growth

Offering up to £60,000 + car allowance, bonus and competitive benefits, you will be required to be in site near Birmingham at least two days per week.
