This role will be key in overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives within the client account.

Job Description

As Learning & Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing, and delivering training programs, and assessing the effectiveness of learning interventions.
Your goal is to facilitate the continuous learning and professional development of employees, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills needed to perform their roles effectively and contribute to the success of our client by enhancing workplace experience and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with training, vetting, and licensing requirements as per relevant industry standards
• Develop and implement a robust Learning and Development program tailored to the account's needs
• Drive contract performance and employee development through effective training strategies
• Implement and drive a robust an account Induction programme
• Be the ambassador for continuous learning and development of staff, being open and approachable to staff
• Collaborate with L&D colleagues to optimise learning outcomes
• Enhance apprenticeship offerings and support career development opportunities
• Explore innovative learning delivery methods and industry best practices
• Provide in person, physical classroom training and support to staff where required
• Work closely with the Account Team and Customer Team to drive social value and sustainability initiatives

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Highly responsive to the clients needs and championing brand values
• Previous experience delivering training/ learning initiatives within public or private sector
• Ability to produce compelling communications content and material, demonstrating creativity and engaging outcomes
• Highly driven and self-starting individual
• Emotionally intelligent and works to support others success
• Understanding of the Security & FM Industry advantageous
• Highly responsive to the clients needs and championing brand values
