You will lead the development and delivery of our learning programmes. We want Herefordshire to be a centre of excellence in community-led programming and cultural engagement.

We are working to re-establish strong relationships with the people and communities of Herefordshire. Herefordshire Museum Service has been safeguarding the cultural heritage of Herefordshire since 1874. The service is going through an exciting period of change as it transitions to being a socially engaged organisation.

Herefordshire Museum Service operates three sites: Hereford Museum and Art Gallery, the Black and White House Museum and the Museum Resource and Learning Centre.

Herefordshire is undergoing a renaissance, with a growing cultural scene, wide range of things to do, and delicious food and drink offer. There is a lot going on here when you scratch under the surface. The county has good rail and road links into Wales and Midlands. You can get to many major towns and cities including Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff and London by road and rail from Hereford.
