Learning Support Administrator

Salary: £22,100.00 per annum (pro rata)
30 hours per week – FIXED TERM CONTRACT Until 31st August 2024
As our Learning Support Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of a range of administrative functions linked to the delivery of education and project-based work in the adult education department.
The post holder will be required to work across our range of adult provision and will need to demonstrate a significant attention to detail, ability to juggle competing demands and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities of our Learning Support Administrator
- Establish and maintain systems and processes essential for financial and performance data claims, as well as any other information as required, from Partner Organisations, internal departments and other relevant bodies.
- Ensure learners are contacted to discuss future courses and funding opportunities.
- Carry Out regular survey checks and ensure checks are completed on the survey feedback.
- Quality assure, and be accountable for the submission of data, paperwork and claims as required to appropriate funding bodies and partners as required.
- Ensure the efficient and accurate storage and subsequent timely retrieval of the underlying data / paperwork to inform formal and informal audits and financial/ performance claims.
- Provide comprehensive information when required on our current position with relations to the various claims and projects
- To support the Head of Department and relevant team members with audits and financial reconciliations.
- To carry out regular audits of data and documentations to safeguard data integrity as part of a regular sampling plan.
- To be the Primary point of contact for all internal and external organisations with regards to the claims processes, for which this post is responsible.
- Responsible for appropriate archiving and storage in line with company and funding rules.
- Continual review of standard operating procedures, ensuring efficiency and continual improvement.
- Observe Safeguarding and GDPR Security processes at all times.
What we’re looking for in our Learning Support Administrator:
- Level 2 in Maths and English
- Experience in a commercial customer facing role
- Proficiency in MS Office and other online applications (especially for data interrogation)
- Excellent interpersonal skills including confidentially and attention to detail
- Excellent planning, organisation and prioritising skills
- Experience of working with sensitive data and operating in accordance to the GDPR.
