As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of promoting and developing the learning and social skills of children with additional needs.
Diverse Responsibilities:
Your role as a Learning Support Assistant will range from providing individual one-to-one support to guiding small groups through various learning activities. We are seeking an empathetic individual capable of building meaningful relationships with children and adapting their approach to meet diverse needs.
Collaboration is Key:
Work closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other professionals to ensure accurate implementation of personalized educational plans. Your responsibilities will also include adapting and creating support materials, fostering an environment where each child can thrive in a mainstream classroom, and actively engaging and stimulating classroom learning.
