A thriving school in Salisbury are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who has a passion to make a difference to children's lives.
The ideal candidate for the role of Learning Support Assistant must be able to communicate effectively with young people, be confident, committed and calm. A desire to work with young people and be part of a team is essential.
This Learning Support Assistant role in Salisbury may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
- Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions.
- Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
- Keeping track and recording pupil progress.
This Learning Support Assistant role will give you essential experience and training, working with children who need that extra support and care to progress.
