A Lease Administrator is needed to work for a boutique Property Consultancy in their growing Property Management team due to a number of new client wins. The role consists of the crucial management of leases, compliance and general management duties. Offering a salary of Up to £30k with additional company benefits, this position is ideal for those getting into/getting back into the industry.
Job Role:

• Accurately updating and preparing lease documentation
• Professionally addressing any issues regarding rent payments
• Coordinating lease renewals and terminations
• Assisting the property managers with any lease queries, service charge queries
• Communicating with landlords and tenants and acting as a point of contact
• Monitoring maintenance responsibilities and property inspections
• Providing general reports and updates on lease agreements and expirations, financial and occupancy rates
• Liasing with internal teams such as Property Management, Legal and Finance

• Ideally exposure of having worked within another commercial property management team
