Salary•To ensure that the property/tenancy and supplier data held and maintained is kept updated and accurate at all times.
•To undertake periodic audit and reviews of data to ensure that it remains current and ensure that any reports generated contain accurate information.
•To actively pursue information that is required for database maintenance.
• Liaison with various teams, solicitors and clients to obtain documentation to update the database
• Update the property management databases accurately and timely.
• Verifying accuracy of property/tenancy data received from lawyers and manually entering data where necessary.
• Verifying accuracy of supplier address and bank details via workflow process, prior to transfer to database.
• Building effective working relationships with the wider teams
• Provide reports from data to meet client reporting requirements
• Maintain an update log and audit record of updates processed and changes made to the database
• TRAMPS experience is essential
• Knowledge of leases and associated documentation
• Good understanding of invoicing to tenants
• Attention to Detail
• Strong Administration skills
• Time Management skills
