- Qualified Solicitor with 4 years PQE plus
- Proficiency in both intricate residential conveyancing and Leasehold Enfranchisement, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Specialised knowledge and hands-on experience in residential leasehold matters, with a proven track record of working with landlords and tenants
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and IT skills, complemented by a commitment to high standards of client care
- Capability to offer precise, pertinent, and current legal advice on various aspects, including collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987's right of first refusal, Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2022's Right to Manage, and necessary tribunal or court applications
- Taking ownership of business development, marketing initiatives, and contributing to the growth of the department.
