A large public sector organisation based in Warrington (with parking) is currently recruiting for a Legal Administration Manager for a 3 month contract.
They offer hybrid working with 3 days a week on site with flexible hours.
Pay rate: PAYE Pay Rate: £229.52 Umbrella £285.71
The successful candidate will work within the commercial team, contracting for partnerships and innovation.
Duties
- Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts
- Stakeholder engagement – internal and external
- Ensuring compliance and managing risk
- Working on multiple projects
Knowledge and Skills - Proficient legal drafting skills
- Either legal or procurement background
- Attention to detail
- Negotiation and Resolution skills
- Organisation skills
- Working knowledge of regulated procurement and contract law
Desirable
- Public Sector / UCR knowledge – Procurement / Utility Contract Regulation / Public Contract Regulation
- Commercial Legal knowledge e.g., IPR – (Intellectual Property Rights) and Indemnities
