We are seeking Legal Admin to join our clients team based in Dorchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support their legal team. This role requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Day to Day of the role:• Prepare documents including letters, forms, standard documents, briefs, and bills• Enter key dates in the firm's central diary, monitor diary notes, and inform relevant parties of events and deadlines.• Engage with clients by telephone and in person, take messages, and make appointments.• Manage files by opening new files, maintaining current files in order, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed• Assist with other duties as necessary, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Strong written and oral communication skills.• Proficient IT skills.• Excellent organisational skills.• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
