What you'll be doing
- Your responsibilities as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor will include:
- To manage and lead the cost aspects complex construction projects
- To ensure that comprehensive study has been undertaken of the whole life aspects of the project and the understanding of the clients needs
- To manage the selection of the specialist contractors for the project
- To ensure that disputes are minimised and settled amicably for all parties
- To manage the commercial success of a project for all stakeholders
- You will attend college or university on a day or block release basis during the apprenticeship.
Who we're looking for
- 2 A levels and 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 or equivalent
- A passion to develop your career
- A flexible approach to work and able to adapt to change (you may be required to travel as part of the programme)
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK at the time of joining
Desirable:
- Full UK Driving Licence at time of joining
