```Job Summary```
We are seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the project team om all costs related to construction projects, to ensure that they are completed within budget.
```Responsibilities```
Key activities and responsibilities of the role
- Understand the contract requirements and assist with contract administration and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive site records and site diaries
- Understand Blackwell Cost Data Management System
- Understand and review the Daily Allocation Sheet (DAS) for errors or omissions, and ensure that the DAS is correctly coded in the Blackwell Cost Data Management System
- Assist with the implementation of change control, management of contract expenditure, identification and the valuation of change
- Administration of the commercial document and change management system
- Compliance with company systems, administration and best practices
- Providing support to other members of the team when required
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
