A large retail outlet business based all across the UK are currently recruiting for a Legal Advisor to join their expanding legal team in London.
You will be responsible for supporting the inhouse legal team dealing with various legal matters including commercial real estate, commercial contracts, construction and dispute resolution.
The main responsibilities include:
- Management of real estate transactions (leasing and asset management)
- Commercial contract transactions for goods and services
- Support the property management and development team in legal matters
- Advise and negotiate Debt recovery and litigation matters.
Key skills and experience required:
- At least 1 years PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales is preferred
- Significant experience in commercial real estate
- Commercial contracts experience
