Legal Assistant 56049Clayton Legal are proud to bring to you a role based in Hale working for a long established, successful, and growing high street Law firm with a strong emphasis on Property related work.Due to the reputation and demands of residential property, this growing firm has an immediate start available for a Legal Assistant to join their team.On a day-to-day basis you will be the support to an experienced Conveyancer, aswell as running a small caseload of your own consisting of sale and purchase files, freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, auction cases and transfer of equity.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience being involved with conveyancing files from start to finish and at least 12 months experience managing a sale and purchase caseload.
