SalaryWe are recruiting on behalf of a long standing, highly reputable law firm looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to come and join the Private client team in Totnes.
The Role:
On a day-to-day basis you will be working alongside a fee earner within the department, providing valuable secretarial and administrative support. As an integral part of the team, you will be dealing and interacting with clients and professionals, undertaking general administrative duties, such as closing files, and other diary management tasks/duties. You will be audio typing, answering the telephone, taking messages, responding to emails.
This role is permanent and part-time.
The Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have;
- previous experience of working within a similar role,
- good IT skills and attention to detail,
- good organisational skills,
- typing/audio typing skills,
- a friendly and polite telephone manner,
- an ability work as part of a team.
