The Role:
Applicants must have a good customer service, communication and computer skills and the role will include but is not limited to the following:
Answering phone calls and dealing with case progression queries form clients/estate agents/3rd party lawyers
Providing costs estimates (there is a standard form and process)
When quote accepted dealing with the client onboarding process/opening files;
Diary and Key date management for client appointments, completion dates, court hearings, file review dates etc
Scanning post to our electronic case management system and notifying case handlers/fee earners that new documents are available to be reviewed;
Generally assisting the Fee Earners and case handers with the day to day running of the file from the start through to post completion.
Previous legal experience an advantage but not absolutely necessary as more important will be a willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team.
