This is a new and exclusive opportunity for a Legal assistant to the Luxembourg Legal and Corporate Department to join this wealth management business as they expand their legal department.

Role details

• Title- Legal assistant to the Luxembourg Legal and Corporate Department
• Salary 60-70,000 EURO
• Location: Luxembourg
• Requirements- understanding of corporate law, internship or as an employee) in a corporate/legal environment- good command of French and English

As the Legal assistant to the Luxembourg Legal and Corporate Department, you will have an interesting and varied role which will include.

• Reviewing, keeping and archiving all corporate records of the Manager's portfolio (update registers, follow-up for originals delivery/receipts, filings with Luxembourg registers and update excerpts, archiving,
• Coordinating signature gathering and performing due controls on collected documents (signature, legalization, administrative follow-up)
• Organizing and following-up board and shareholders' meetings including the drafting, execution, signing and delivery of any related documentation (convening notices, proxies, attendance lists
• Coordinating and liaising with the team, lawyers, notaries for the execution and delivery of legal documents, apostille and legalization of documents.
• KYC monitoring (together with the operational teams)

This is thus a really interesting role, where as the Legal assistant to the Luxembourg Legal and Corporate Department, you will combine a lot of your experiences.

Role requirements

• successful working experience (internship or as an employee) in a corporate/legal environment
• Knowledge in company law/legal matters
• Good command of French and English (oral and written)
