Based in the heart of Liverpool city centre, the team are currently looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join their expanding Housing Disrepair team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a HDR team.
The role will involve:
· Assisting and carrying out day to day tasks as instructed by your Solicitor
· Sending letter of claim
· Maintaining diary management
· Corresponding with the client and maintaining a good client relationship
· Instructing counsel and drafting briefs
· Reviewing disclosure
· Drafting
· Undertaking legal research
· Meeting litigation deadlines on or before time
· Instructing and chasing supplier
