Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a specialist national law firm with a focus on working with charities, education and other social businesses. They are looking for a Legal Billing Assistant who has experience with the Legal Billing process.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract in Birmingham City Centre

The Legal Billing Assistant Role:
* Prepare, edit and release the firm's bills in accordance with the firm's billing procedure.
* Produce accurate bills to be submitted for processing, applying all relevant VAT and Solicitors Account Rules.
* Liaising with Partners, Department Managers and Fee Earners to ensure compliance with the firms billing procedures and any other matters.
* Ensure all write offs are correctly authorised and documented.
* Dealing with queries in respect of billing queries which may arise.
* Data inputting.
* Ad hoc billing and Admin tasks

The Candidate:
* Must have Billing experience
* Ideally have experience working in the legal sector
* Experience using Aderant PMS would be advantageous
* Must work well under pressure
