The successful candidate will be an experienced Legal Cashier with at least 12 months legal accounts experience either wanting to work on a part or full-time basis and there will be an opportunity to develop your skillset and progress your experience over time.
You will be joining a busy firm and reporting to the Accounts Manager your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Processing all invoices
- Statement checking and processing client monies
- Processing bank payments
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Cheque and card payment processing
- Ensure relevant end of day reports are generated and saved
- Investigating and resolving unallocated payments
