Are you a passionate Legal Cashier looking for a fun, vibrant workplace? Look no further! Our client is a small family feel firm that offers support and development and who believe that exceptional legal services can go hand in hand with an enjoyable work environment.
Duties:
* Take responsibility for the company's financial matters and interests
* Recording all transactions in the appropriate manner
* Communicating with fee earners when receiving payments
* Keep track of all banking on a daily basis and managing the accounts system
* Dealing with invoices to ensure they are paid on time
* Ensuring the efficient operation of the firms PAYE system
* Monthly expense management report
Skills Required:
* Excellent communication skills
* Demonstrate a high level of accuracy
* Organisation - able to manage own workload
* Excellent IT skills
* Bookkeeping skills
* Full understanding of SRA accounting rules
* Experience in both office and client accounts
