We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Cashier/Accounts Manager to join a long-established firm based in Romford, Essex.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in LEAP and XERO accounting software and will play a crucial role in managing the accounts department.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using LEAP and XERO software.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Oversee banking, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounts team.
• Handle month-end procedures and produce necessary reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in LEAP and XERO accounting software is essential.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the legal sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
