THE ROLE:
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join their Conveyancing department for a period of 14 months. The appointed Legal Assistant will be responsible for assisting the team and the wider departments where required to ensure exceptional levels of client care. In this role as a Legal Conveyancing Assistant, your key duties will include, providing quotes to clients, file closing, handling enquires from estate agents, clients and solicitors and general administrative duties. The position offers a friendly and supportive work environment and the opportunity to take on an exciting role.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from candidates that will have gained a minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike. The appointed legal professional will be joining at a busy time, and you must be able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to a busy workload. Being successful in this role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritise workload where necessary.
