SalaryOur client is a substantial US Asset Management house with a strong global presence. A vacancy has arisen for a mid-level Asset Management lawyer to join the well regarded legal team. Your broad role will encompass IMAs, cross-border distribution and funds work, in particular OEICs/ICVCs in the UK and occasional EMEA coverage, as well as some general commercial matters.
This will suit a proactive and team focused lawyer with at least 3 years' pqe. Candidates with a background in investment management agreements, funds or FS regulatory matters will be considered so long as you are a quick learner keen to diversify your skill-set.
Equally important is the personality fit; you will be bright, confident and personable with strong communication skills and a business focused approach.
