We are looking for a talented competition lawyer to join this premium media and communications brand. The Competition and regulatory team supports a broad range of fast-moving businesses and you will enjoy a wide variety of high-quality work and further develop your competition law expertise on cutting-edge matters.
You will advise on behavioural and transactional matters (horizontal and vertical agreements, investigations and reviews etc) and support negotiations and M&A activity as required. You will also advise on regulation in relation to new product and services launches and help develop regulatory strategy, responses to proposals for new legislation and policy interventions.
You will regularly liase with regulators, including Ofcom and the Competition and Markets Authority and other agencies and design/deliver relevant training to the business and the wider legal team
We are looking for lawyers with good academics, training and a UK legal qualification plus solid competition law experience (particularly advisory and compliance) at an established law firm/ in-house team/ regulator.
