The opportunity
Due to sustained growth Ethical Power’s legal team is now looking to recruit a Construction Lawyer to assist with projects in the UK and internationally. Working within a highly collaborative and supportive in-house legal team your focus will be to support the business with negotiating and drafting EPC, ICP, BOP, supplier and O&M contracts. There will also be the opportunity to broaden out your legal expertise supporting the group across the full project lifecycle with a wide range of legal matters over time.
About you
You may currently be working in private practice or in-house and will be looking to make a change towards a fully engaged and immersive career in a fast growing, renewable energy business. You will have a minimum of 3-5 years construction law experience, with confident and balanced negotiation skills, well organised and above all a passion to fully integrate with the business.
