ROLE:Legal Office Assistant (Maternity Cover)
LOCATION: Skegness
SALARY: National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage
HOURS: 08:45-17:15, Monday to Friday

ROLE:
As a Legal Office Assistant, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch and wider firm. The ideal candidate should have as a minimum GCSE grades C and above or Level 4-9 in Maths and English, a passion for the legal field, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is necessary for this role as full training will be provided.
Please note that this is a temporary role to cover maternity leave.
DUTIES:
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Providing general administrative support
- Assisting with reception duties
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive and legal matters
- Assisting with document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and document distribution
