I’m delighted to be working with a leading firm in Birmingham City Centre, who have been a client of ours for many years and who are currently going through a fantastic period of growth an expansion. As a result, they are keen to add a Legal Receptionist to their flagship site in Birmingham City Centre.
The Receptionist role involves providing essential office support with various responsibilities:
- Assisting paralegals, office manager, and staff for office efficiency.
- Handling mail preparation and distribution.
- Welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Completing additional tasks as needed.
- Using our case management system for correspondence.
- Managing filing systems, including daily filing and client file management.
- Have strong reception experience in a legal environment.
- Demonstrate initiative and organizational skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills for client interaction.
- Be proficient in administrative tasks, particularly in residential conveyancing (preferred but not essential).
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
