An exciting and varied role at a prestigious Law Firm, ideal for individuals wanting to get into law! This opportunity will require the successful candidate to work both Front of House and as a Legal Administrator, acting as both a brand ambassador and internal support for the team.
Primary responsibilities of this role include:
Meeting and greeting clients.
Providing assistance and insight with team members and partners.
Answering enquiries using multiple forms of communication such as phone and email.
Organising meetings, ensuring that members are prepared and informed.
Ordering and preparing forms of transport.
Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks.
The successful candidate’s qualities and skills shall be:
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Resolution and detail oriented
Brilliant time and diary management
Good knowledge of Microsoft products such as: Outlook, Teams, Word & PowerPoint.
