SalaryMajor Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a highly professional Birmingham based law firm, who are seeking a Part TimeLegal Receptionist to be based at their Shirley office. The role is two days per week: Thursday (9am to 5.30pm) and Friday (9am to 5pm).
These days and hours are non negotiable, so please only apply for this role if you are able to work these days/hours.
Duties and tasks will include:
- welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception
- answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
- Basic office duties
Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have reception experience on a face to face and telephone business, within a professional environment and ideally within a law firm.
