Legal Receptionist
Location: Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire
Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a progressive forward thinking solicitor's practice providing clear and practical legal advice for the best outcomes.
The Role:
As a Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in providing support in the creation of legal documents
Duties:
* Organise outgoing mail and accompanying materials for shipment.
* Handle incoming mail distribution on a daily basis.
* Extend a warm greeting to arriving visitors and make them feel welcome.
* Manage incoming calls by screening, answering, and forwarding as necessary.
* Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
* Prepare official correspondence using the designated case management system.
* Oversee filing systems, including daily filing activities, as well as opening, closing, storing, and retrieving client files.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
* Possess strong receptionist skills with a proven track record.
* Familiarity with legal office procedures.
* Prior administration experience in residential conveyancing is a bonus (not essential)
* Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and a polished appearance.
