Temporary Legal Receptionist - £15.50ph – Full time - London WC2

Immediate start – Weekly pay – PAYE

We are excited to announce a brand-new Legal Receptionist vacancy for one of our well established and high-end Law Firm clients, based Holborn.

They are looking to onboard a corporate and well experienced temporary Legal Receptionist to support and assist the Front Of House team on a daily basis.

Duties can include:

• Meet and greet all visitors and guests to the company.
• Provide admin and customer service support.
• Answer all calls and direct to where needed in a professional manner.
• Keep their booking systems up to date and allocate rooms to guests upon request.
• Maintaining a tidy reception area.
• Assisting visitors and signing them into the building.
• Responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Reporting to senior staff where needed.
• Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms.
• Supporting events within the business.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven Receptionist experience ideally within a law firm.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Administrative experience.
• Great attention to detail.
• Strong written verbal and communication skills.
• Great knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Team Player and proactive attitude.
