Legal Receptionist
Location: Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire
Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Role:
As a Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in providing support in the creation of legal documents
Duties:
-Organise outgoing mail and accompanying materials for shipment.
-Handle incoming mail distribution on a daily basis.
-Extend a warm greeting to arriving visitors and make them feel welcome.
-Manage incoming calls by screening, answering, and forwarding as necessary.
-Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
-Prepare official correspondence using the designated case management system.
-Oversee filing systems, including daily filing activities, as well as opening, closing, storing, and retrieving client files.
Requirements:
-Previous experience working as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
-Possess strong receptionist skills with a proven track record.
-Familiarity with legal office procedures.
-Prior administration experience in residential conveyancing is a bonus (not essential)
-Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and a polished appearance.
