What will you do?
- Typing up dictations
- Using Microsoft word, client file management packages and outlook confidently
- Completing forms
- Ad-hoc assistance and cover for any holiday/sickness in the department
- Filing of documentation
- Answering initial telephone enquiries and making calls to arrange appointments as required
What do you need?
- Ideally 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a law firm
- Good telephone manner
- Good typing speed and audio typing skills
- Knowledge of BigHand digital dictation, pedals and Microsoft Office Software packages
