Legal Secretary - Conveyancing A highly regarded full service law firm with multiple offices across Wiltshire are looking to appoint a Legal Secretary to support the busy conveyancing team. Based from the Warminster office this firm has a strong focus on professionalism, integrity, and client satisfaction.Job Description:They are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join the team. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative support to our conveyancing department and contribute to the smooth functioning of the legal operations.Responsibilities:

• Assist conveyancing solicitors with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, leases, and deeds.
• Manage communication with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Organize and maintain legal files and documentation in an orderly manner.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and deadlines for the conveyancing team.
• Conduct research on property titles, land registry, and other relevant matters.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in conveyancing or real estate law.
• Proficiency in legal terminology and documentation related to property transactions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
