Legal Secretary will support partners, associates, line management and resource management.
As a Legal Secretary it is essential that you build effective relationships, have gravitas to manage and mentor, alongside possessing a process driven mindset. Must have strong business and financial acumen.

Some of the Legal Secretarial duties are:
- Manage fee earner/PA allocations and the even distribution of workloads within PA teams
- Deliver high quality, accurate work whilst managing deadlines
- Proactively manage and understand partner and lawyers' diaries using business knowledge to prioritise commitments.
- Coordinate detailed, multi-centred travel arrangements and provide detailed itineraries.
- Diarise, manage, and coordinate lunches and dinners and other events as required, including reviewing venues and menu planning, and ensuring costs are maintained against budget.
- Ensure relevant global travel is included in the International BD visit report.
- Manage the coordination of the billing process including liaising with Revenue, the editing of bills, coordinating write-offs and discounts, collating bills, and narratives in their final form as per firm policy and process.
- Manage regular group meetings, producing agendas and minutes
You, as a Legal Secretary would have:
- Strong communication skills
- Compassion and drive to mentor junior Pas
- Strong typing and MS Package skills
- Demonstrate high level performance
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Experience with client management
- Proven high levels of organisation and working under pressure
- Able to identify potential issues with an innovative approach to problem solving
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Corporate law experience preferred
- Highly motivated and equipped with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Capable of working autonomously and within a team environment
- Advanced knowledge of all legal software systems and Microsoft Office
