SalaryThe Xpert-Career are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to work for our client based in Newbridge, Edinburgh.This role is a temporary short term assignment to cover holidays.
Start Date: 10th May for training 12th & 19th May.
More shifts may become available.Hours of work: 11am:7pmRate of Pay - £11.44 per hourThe role includes:• Answering calls• Greeting visitors to the reception • Ensuring visitors sign in and out of logbook • All other reception duties as required • Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally. • Greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous manner. • Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized. • Sorting and distributing mail and packages. • Providing general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. • Maintaining office supplies and inventory for the reception area. • Assisting with scheduling appointments or meetings as needed. • Keeping records of visitor logs and appointments. • Responding to inquiries and providing information to callers or visitors. • Cooperating with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
A day of training will be given to ensure you are comfortable with the systems.
